  Caught a flat in a Meijer parking lot and was connected to D Town Towing through urgent.ly. The driver from DTT was friendly on the phone when I asked for an ETA, arrived a little earlier than expected, swapped my tire out for the spare quickly, and even pumped up the spare after we discovered it was flat. He was professional but friendly and chatted with me while doing his work, and even followed me home in case the spare went flat again. I'll definitely call DTT again if I get another flat or need a tow, and will recommend them to friends and family in the future.

I’ve never been in a situation where I needed a tow, but they guy (so sorry I didn’t get the name) made me feel so comfortable and made the whole experience extremely easy. Yuri arrived in 20 minutes with a smile and professionalism. He got the battery charged and advised me to let the car run for a few minutes so the battery could fully regenerate. He was sent by farm bureau insurance he got my battery started​ and towed my car back to my home just in case the battery died again very helpful

Yesterday I was on my way to pick my daughter up from work and my tire blew out on 8 mile. I called for a tow and was told it would be 90 minutes. I panicked because my daughter would be standing outside by herself because all the businesses were closed at 10:00pm. A few minutes later I received a call from Dr Town telling me that he would be there in 20 minutes. I didn't have a spare and my daughter was stranded. God sent me an angel by the name of Ed, when he got there he calmed my fears and told me that he would pick my daughter up. I have always believed in blessings and my prayer for Ed and his towing services is for God to bless him with prosperity, good health, and another truck to expand his business. I have never met anyone as nice as this man and he didn't take any money from me. Ed, I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart.( Thank you too Andrea). God blessyou both always!!!

After waiting over an hour for a tow truck from an unknown company to arrive. It was ED from D Town Towing that arrived 7 minutes after getting the call that swooped in to my rescue. Very professional and courteous... Best in the D that's for sure!

My jeep started leaking brake fluid just as I was about to drive it to the shop for another issue. I called up D Town Towing and they were very accommodating! Despite my jeep being an utter POS, the tow truck driver (Hello Ed!) took more care with safely loading and unloading the jeep than the car deserved. I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism and will definitely be a repeat costumer!
